Some corporate firewalls are very strict, and may not allow you to connect to the
Lab.
You may opt to connect from a computer with fewer firewall restrictions. |

You must have administrator privileges in order to install any required ActiveX controls.

Run the browser test
to make sure that you can successfully connect to our remote online training lab. Be sure to run
the browser test from the computer you wish to use during your online training course.
The remote lab is used for hands-on exercises during all online courses except the CLD Preparation Course.
- Once you pass the browser test, go to
Adobe's website
and perform the Adobe Connect Connection Test.
(Adobe Connect is used for the instructor-led portion of our online courses.)
